​Keri D. Callocchia represents clients in all matters related to real estate. Her practice also includes business entity formations, wills, trusts, estate planning and asset protection. In addition, Mrs. Callocchia provides general, personal and business counsel to her diverse clientele.  She has an excellent reputation with her colleagues and clients due to her ability to successfully find efficient and effective solutions to her clients' various legal needs resulting in a high level of client satisfaction and client referrals. Mrs. Callocchia has been recognized by Super Lawyers as an expert in real estate law. 

Mrs. Callocchia earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of South Carolina where she majored in Psychology and minored in Art History.  Thereafter, she attended the University of Tennessee where she earned her Juris Doctor as well as a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.  

Mrs. Callocchia is currently a Director of the Bar Association of Erie County and has previously served as Chair of their Real Property Committee.  She is also a member of the New York State and Women's Bar Associations.  In addition, she has served as an Administrative Law Judge for the City of Buffalo.  Mrs. Callocchia previously served on the Board of Directors at the Elmwood Village Association and was a past board member for Lawyers for the Arts and is the founder of Suits for the Troops.

Frank C. Callocchia represents clients in estate and litigation matters.  He handles and manages all aspects of these types of legal matters, including pleadings, petitions, discovery, motions, hearings, arbitration, mediation, trials and appeals.  His litigation clients have included many well renowned individuals, corporations and other business entities, real estate developers and property management companies.  Mr. Callocchia has successfully tried cases in State and Federal Court and handled numerous appeals on behalf of his clients.  In addition, Mr. Callocchia handles Surrogate's Court matters, including estate probate and administration as well as estate litigation and wrongful death claims. 

In 2009, Mr. Callocchia was recognized by the Erie County Bar Association's Volunteer Lawyers Project as their lawyer of the year for his outstanding legal service to the VLP Immigration Project.  Mr. Callocchia has also been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in his field of practice.

Mr. Callocchia earned his Bachelors Degree, magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of America where he was a Shahan Scholar in the University Honors Program and majored in Politics and minored in Religion.  He also graduated with honors in classical philosophy and environmental studies.  In addition, Mr. Callocchia played soccer at Catholic and was a four year member of the Capital Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Academic All-Conference Team.  Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School.  While attending law school, Mr. Callocchia was a member of the UB Law trial team and various moot court teams.

Mr. Callocchia is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Erie County.  He also previously served on the Board of Directors at the Delaware Soccer Club and the ProZoo Board of the Buffalo Zoological Society.
